Window: 14 days from delivery.
Condition: Unused, in original packaging. Customized/personal items and hygiene items are non‑returnable unless defective.
Defects/wrong item: We will replace or refund after review (send photos/video within 7 days).
Costs: Change‑of‑mind returns: customer pays shipping; original shipping non‑refundable. Our fault/defect: we cover shipping.
Cancellation: Within 12 hours and before processing.
Process: Contact us with order number; we’ll provide return instructions. Refunds are processed 5–10 business days after inspection.
